Monthly Support & Maintenance Plans

Option 1 – Basic Cover

Based on 1 x Microsoft SBS Server and 10-14 Microsoft Windows Desktop/Laptops, maintenance per calendar month includes:
  • Proactive maintenance and support
  • Telephone, Email and remote IT Support
  • One on-site visit per month, per supported desktop/laptop (up to 60 minutes per desktop/laptop)
  • Fixed annual rate to allow for easy budgeting
  • 10% discount on additional IT projects
  • 10% discount, per hour, for non-contracted additional IT works
  • Installation of new printers and/or other external devices
  • Support of existing hardware and software
  • Windows Security Updates and Patches
  • Anti-virus configuration, updates and monitoring
  • General System Health Checks
  • Disk space management
  • System Performance Optimisation.
  • Up to 5 Core Software Applications, for example:
    • Microsoft Office Suite Products – Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Project, Visio
    • IRIS Accounts
    • Sage Accounts/QuickBooks
    • Sage Payroll/TAS Payroll
    • Autodesk/AutoCAD
    • ProTools
  • Maintenance for up to 5 Core desktop plug-ins, for example:
    • Adobe Flash Player
    • Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • Adobe Shockwave Player
    • Adobe AIR
    • Java Runtime

Option 2 – Fully Managed Package

All the benefits of Option 1 – Basic Cover plus Advanced Services and Support, including:
  • 20% discount on additional IT Projects
  • 20% discount, per hour, for non-contracted additional IT works
  • Installation of additional software to desktop/laptops and server
  • New desktop/laptop installations and data migrations
  • Network equipment administration and configuration
  • Enhanced pro-active remote monitoring of systems including network
  • and server health
  • Network documentation production and management
  • Preventive maintenance – Anti-Virus and Spy/Malware Checks
  • Software Procurement
  • Software Licence Management and Compliance
  • Hardware Procurement
  • Hardware asset tracking and inventory management
  • Liaison with third-party vendors/suppliers to assist with hardware/software issues
